A1B
The A1B is a low-altitude, anti-ballistic, hypersonic and supersonic missiles interceptor, designed to protect small, high value assets, by deploying a dome consisting of 6 tons of pellets, at altitudes of up to 2,000m, in the path of the incoming targets. The targets are destroyed or diverted through kinetic impact, or by deceiving them with chaff and flare.
The A1B interceptor has the capability to engage incoming MIRV-ed ICBM, SLBM, IRBM, MRBM, RV-ed SRBM, and HM carrying carrying nuclear air burst warheads or conventional cluster munition.
The A1B could engage nuclear warheads up to 500 kiloton at their optimum detonation altitude.
Contrary to al present-day rockets, A1B uses non-flammable, non-explosive propellant, but a mixture of water and hydrogen peroxide at 50-50 ratio making it benign for the environment, simple and cost effective.

Ground Support Equipment (GSE)

Launch canister
The rocket launches from a canister with that has a diameter of 2.4 m and is 13 m tall.
Propellant transfer pump
The propellant transfer pump is a stainless steel, hydrogen peroxide compatible pump able to transfer in the A1B tank the mixture of water and hydrogen peroxide.
Prerequisites

The A1 interceptor requires the following items to make it ready for combat duty:
-
1 crane to lift the canister with the vehicle in the vertical position;
-
propellant, 4,800kg for each A1B interceptor, respectively - 1-year rocket-storable hydrogen peroxide 50%. The rocket is fuelled after erected into vertical position and it is either placed in a silo, or its canister is secured above ground;
-
12 V, 5 A electrical power source;
-
underground silo (preferably but not mandatory);
-
maintenance team - 4 people per squadron (12 interceptors);
-
launch team - 6 people per squadron, of which 2 on permanent duty.
